These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Montime ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Use
Montime provides operational intelligence, analytics, and insights for modern infrastructure environments.
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Ensure you have authorization to connect and analyze any systems, accounts, or infrastructure data
- Maintain accurate account information
You are responsible for all activity performed under your account.
2. Access Control & Security
- Access to the Service is governed by role-based access controls (RBAC).
- Tenant data is logically isolated
- Administrative access is restricted and monitored
- Sensitive actions are logged for audit purposes
You may not attempt to bypass security, isolation, authentication, or authorization mechanisms.
3. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Access or attempt to access data belonging to other tenants
- Interfere with the integrity or availability of the Service
- Reverse engineer or misuse the platform
- Use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive purposes
4. Availability & Changes
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Montime may modify, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain platform security, reliability, or compliance.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Montime shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business interruption.
6. Termination
Montime may suspend or terminate access if:
- These Terms are violated
- Required by law or regulation
- Necessary to protect the security or integrity of the platform
7. Export Controls & Compliance
You represent and warrant that:
- You are not located in, or a national or resident of, any country subject to U.S. trade sanctions
- You are not listed on any U.S. government restricted-party lists
- You will comply with all applicable export control, sanctions, and trade laws
The Service may not be used in violation of U.S. or international export regulations.
